Please use the South Entrance. The gates will open on approach.

Continue past the barn and over the bridge to trailer and car parking on your left side.

The Headwaters Derby Series is a travelling, one-day show series designed to give riders a welcoming and affordable opportunity to train, compete, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Each unique venue in the series offers thoughtfully designed courses across multiple levels, allowing riders to progress at their own pace while experiencing the atmosphere of a professional show day — without the cost or pressure of a full multi-day competition. Whether you're developing a young horse, stepping up a division, or simply looking for a fun and productive outing, the Headwaters Derby Series is built to help you keep moving forward.
Focused on horsemanship, community, and real sport, the series brings riders together for quality rounds, valuable mileage, and a positive competitive experience — all in a single day.

How the Day Works

Three Courses, One Ring
All three courses per division are set in the ring at the same time. Each course uses a different set of coloured numbers, corresponding to the class and course map so you can easily walk your courses.

No Scheduled Course Walk
Arrive slightly before or during your division time and walk the course between rides. The ring is open for course walks throughout the division.

Ride When You're Ready
Check in at the in-gate when you're ready to go. No fixed order of go means less waiting around and more flexibility for riders and trainers.

Jumper days will offer divisions across a range of heights, with 3 different class options per division. The day will finish with a featured Showjumping Derby class, and provides an opportunity to compete for real prize money over an amazing full length showjumping derby course.
